BrainStore: Innovation Champ Training
With a fact that an innovation culture and the right set of creativity techniques are crucial in every business to stay ahead in competition. Growth Leadership Academy organized the first of its kind a two-day hands-on innovation workshop on July 23 and 24, 2017. The workshop was led by Mr. Markus Mettler, Founder of BrainStore from Switzerland and his colleague Ms. Milena Ruttz. The participants learnt about a set of robust, replicable, and scalable innovation tools. The workshop brought participant a structured process and the necessary idea generation tools. The front end of innovation has to follow a structured process to produce the right outputs, while at the same time it has to inspire employees and jog their minds into new ways of thinking to generate amazing ideas. This workshop drove bottom line results and took participants through a creativity and implementation planning process so that they could innovate, adding value to the bottom line.
Training the Trainer
Delivering a training course requires many skills. A trainer must know the content well or be an expert in it, be able to communicate well, know how learning works, have a high level of empathy to understand what delegates are going through and be able to show enthusiasm about the content.
This course allows trainers to acquire these critical skills by understanding the way they work and delegate’s learning patterns. The course employs the same mechanism to train learners; hence learners can see the method both in theory and in practice. As a result, this comprehensive course allows delegates to learn a substantial amount of content in a very short time. The course is designed to take place over three days. Although this is the recommended length, you can easily modify the content to suit your delegate’s needs and time available for training.
